The terms and condition set out below shall apply without variation to every contract entered into by British Shops Online for the sale of goods.

Thank you for your order, it will be sent to us by secure email and prepared ready for dispatch.

If you have left the confirmation of order box ticked then you will receive an email from us listing the products ordered together with an Invoice for the amount due.

If the order is for the UK, then we will calculated the revised postage and packaging costs and advise you by email the total amount due as our shipping charges are based on overseas orders. On overseas orders, if the actual cost of postage is cheaper than Invoiced (because of small items), then we will refund part of the shipping charges.

Postage & Packing for items is by 2nd class post or standard parcel post, this being the cheapest method. Courier post is available on request.

Costs: Orders up to £20 p&p @ £6.00

Orders £21 - £30 p&p @ £8.50

Orders £31 - £40 p&p @ £9.50

Orders £41 - £120 p&p @ £14.00

Orders £121 - £180 p&p @ £17.50

Orders £181+ p&p @ £24.00

Right to Cancel You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 1 week of receiving your goods if in an unsatisfactory condition. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Returns Policy : Please email us immediately if you are unhappy with the product, and within 7 days of receipt. We will then discuss return of the item and replacement.

Prices & Specifications – All data descriptions, weights, measures and technical details are for guidance only and do not constitute part of any product specification, nor the basis of an offer of sale. Products are offered subject to availability.

Title – Merchandise remains the property of British Shops Online until paid for in full by customer.

Prices – All prices shown are ex store and are plus carriage charges.

Methods of payment – All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal, sterling cheques with guarantee card or sterling money/postal orders.

Delivery – British Shops Online will make every endeavour to adhere to any delivery date specified in the contract but does not guarantee that any goods will be delivered by such date and shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind and howsoever arising by reasons of any failure on the part of British Shops Online to deliver on such date. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
